FOUND: . There is no voltage to the starter solenoid circuit when the vehicle does not start. Checked under the dash and found there is an aftermarket alarm installed which can prevent starter operation. Bypass the alarm starter interrupt circuit and found that the starter now cranks the engine.
FOUND: recommend replace the complete overhead roof console assembly which contains the dome lights and the sunroof and moonroof switch assemblies (complete unit).

FOUND: code P0420 catalyst efficiency low Bank 1. Observed the activity of the downstream oxygen sensor on the scan tool. The switching frequency of the sensor shows that the converter is not storing oxygen efficiently. Vehicle appears to be in normal ranges of fuel control and no misfires have been detected. Need to check for exhaust leaks before condemning the catalytic converter.

FOUND: tested the charging system. The alternator is not putting out voltage to charge the battery. The alternator has ignition power and ground and a complete circuit to the battery on the positive battery cable. Recommend replace the alternator and the serpentine belt and retest.

Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
NSPECT ALL HYDRAULIC LINE AND HOSES. INSPECT CALIPERS AND WHEEL CYLINDERS. INSPECT MASTER CYLINDER AND CAP. FLUSH ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM INCLUDING MASTER CYLINDER, CALIPERS, WHEEL CYLINDERS UNTIL CLEAN.
