Proceeded to inspect wiring harness for AAT and Grill shutter and found a chewed wire on the wiring harness for both the AAT and grill shutter will repair and retest to see results. 2020 Nissan Maxima

When both are connected and operating, found that they draw around 220-240mA for about 30 seconds, Then sleep for 60 seconds where they draw about 40-60mA. When the vehicle is operating they are constantly being charged therefore npthere is no worries there. Recommend leaving one connected to see if one still results in a draw condition. Tested Costco interstate battery and found it tested okay at this time. Recommend sending vehicle off this way and re-testing battery 2 weeks from today.

2014 Chevrolet Impala
Mileage222,925Service Date11/4/2025Services Performed- FOUND: there were no codes stored for the Stabilitrak system when the vehicle was presented for diagnosis. The stability track system has to do with vehicle skid control and also maintaining vehicle control. The vehicle was driven in an attempt to reproduce the customer complaint. The vehicle did not exhibit the symptoms at this time. Inspected the wiring harness under the hood and found evidence of some former repairs on the front section of the wiring harness near the radiator fans going back towards the engine. This section of the harness was manipulated to try to reproduce the customer complaint. Moving the harness had no effect on the way the vehicle ran. Problem appears to be very intermittent making it very difficult to diagnose it accurately.
