- FOUND: driver headlight bulb is out
- Place vehicle on hoist. Visual inspection of all cooling system components hoses, connections, radiator – heater core etc. Inspect radiator condition, radiator cap & check coolant level. Perform cooling system pressure test. Advise on recommend repairs Pressure tested cooling system up to 15lbs no signs of a severe leak or sounds of a leak. Noticed coolant bottle looks like it had damaged and someone attempted to seal it for a repair , sprayed bottle with soap and water leaks from the back where the seal repair is on coolant bottle . Recommend coolant bottle.

- FOUND:clicks when vehicle is started. Switched modes no clicking Switch fan speed no clicking as well .moved the temperature setting and clicking started . temp blend door . (Single temp unit ). sits behind glove box
- HEADLAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – Halogen Type, Left Front
- RADIATOR RESERVE TANK – Remove & Replace
- HVAC CONTROL MOTOR – Remove & Replace – Air Distribution Door,Climatronic Control,Right Side,V425 – [Includes: Additional time for use of scan tool to perform this procedure.]
- PROGRAMMING HVAC MOTOR BLEND DOOR
- TEST AND INSPECT BATTERY. CLEAN BATTERY TERMINALS AND CONNECTORS. CLEAN BATTERY TRAY AND ADJUST TIE DOWN.
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Glove Box.]
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 1.8L Eng
- FUEL INJECTION SERVICE
- THROTTLE BODY CLEANING
- REMOVE & REPLACE REAR WIPER BLADE
- FOUND: temperature reads normal in the middle after the bleeding procedure and heat works asmypu go for a drive heat goes away both radiator hoses are hot to the touch , radiator fan does activate. Had coolant flow from hose from coolant bottle to the heater hose no restriction. Bottom heater hose hot to the touch upper heater hose cool while upper heater hose feels cool still 175 lower heater hose 127 upper heater hose At normal operating temperatures . Coolant shut off valve (heater control valve ) WAS REMOVED COULDN'T BLOW AIR THROUGH EITHER way , new heater control valve can blow air through and flow through good both ways clogged heater control valve replaced valve heater blows hot air .
- FOUND: BLEED COOLING SYSTEM. NO CHANGE, CHECK HEATER CONTROL VALVE FOR FLOW, VERIFIED FLOW & TEMPERATURE HEATER CONTROL VALVE, OKAY. RECOMMEND REPLACE DRIVER SIDE BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR

- COOLANT SHUTOFF SOLENOID VALVE – Remove & Replace – N488
