    • FOUND: inspected left headlamp circuits. Aftermarket headlamp assemblies have been installed and wired in. Found that the high beam circuit for the left headlamp did not have the correct wire going to the high beam. The wire that was installed to the high beam is actually for a solenoid for the factory installed hid headlamps. This wire has power on it at all times which is why the high beam bulb was lighting at all times Removed the wire and connected the correct wire to the high beam circuit. The headlamp is working properly now and does not stay on when the headlamps are off. Scan data shows that the AC compressor is not being energized. The AC request signal data reads "no" even when the AC has been turned on.

    • FOUND: code p0aa4 returned. This code indicates that the negative contactor relay was stuck closed. Clearing the code once again allowed the vehicle to start and run. Further testing will require removal of the battery energy control module covering and the covering for the high voltage battery. Additional time will be needed , additional Back seat must be removed to access the high voltage battery Electronics. Default is not present at this time and will be difficult to diagnose due to the intermittent nature. The contacts in the negative contactor high voltage relay are possibly sticking closed at times. The fault can only be diagnosed if it is happening at the time of testing. There is quite a bit of disassembly in the luggage compartment area of the vehicle required to access the areas for testing.
    • FUSE BOX – Remove & Replace – Energi SEL HV Battery Junction Box – [NOTE: Labor estimates listed are for R&R only and DOES NOT include diagnosis time.]
