    • FOUND: the vehicle would not crank. Check scan data and found that one of the high voltage interlock switches was open. Check the switch at the high voltage battery and found that the latch was not in the fully closed position, is cause the high voltage interlock switch to remain open. Reposition the latch and the vehicle will now crank. However, the vehicle gasoline engine fails to start. Continuing to test for gasoline engine no start. 4/19 added 2 and 1/2 gallons of gas. Vehicle now starts and runs.

    • FOUND: replaced customer supplied connector for Mirror. One of the wire terminals was broken and required replacement of the wire and terminal. After repair, it appears that the electrochromatic mirror is not working. Possibly it was damaged also.
    • FOUND: there was a blown 7.5 amp fuse in the dash fuse block. This fuse also feeds power to the body control module for power window operation. Replace fuse to restore window and air conditioning operation.
