- FOUND: UNABLE TO VERIFY CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. REMOVED BATTERY & CHARGED CUSTOMERS BATTERY. TEST BATTERY AFTER CHARGE. BATTERY TEST GOOD.
- FOUND: INSPECTED THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY – FOUND NOT LEAKS WET AREA AROUND THERMOSTAT. NO RECOMMENDATION AT THIS TIME.
- FOUND: the parasitic drain on the battery at this time is approximately 30 milliamps which is within acceptable limits and should not cause the battery to discharge if the vehicle is driven regularly. Load tested battery and found that it passed. Charging system voltage is steady and maintaining approximately 14 volts with accessories turned on.
