- FOUND: scan data indicates that the fuel rail pressure is extremely low during cranking. Tested the intake fuel pump circuits and found that it has adequate power and ground. The pump is not producing any current indicating that it has failed. Recommend replace the intake fuel pump in tank fuel filter and any external fuel filters and retest the system. The high pressure pump cannot be evaluated until the low pressure system is supplying adequate fuel pressure.
