- FOUND: tested the charging system. The alternator is not putting out voltage to charge the battery. The alternator has ignition power and ground and a complete circuit to the battery on the positive battery cable. Recommend replace the alternator and the serpentine belt and retest.
- Alternator replaced and tested ,alternator tested good.
