- FOUND: inspected cam position sensor wiring and found that the wires are melted together near the cam position sensor connector. Replace cam sensor connector road-tested in code did not reset. Vehicle seems to start normally. If problem returns or code resets, more extensive repair of the wiring harness may be needed.
