- FOUND: Upon inspection scanned vehicle and found codes in the IRSDM and IC B1325-03 B1370-06 Proceeded to check ignition circuit, found the circuit goes to the bcm then pcm for starter relay circuit. Removal of plastic panels is required to access ignition cylinder plug.. Performed continuity test from ignition to bcm and found wires were in tact. Performed continuity test from pcm to relay for starter circuit confirmed that was in tact

- FOUND: Remove electrical dealer installed tracking device. Repair wires, tape
