    • FOUND Healight: visually inspected front left low beam bulb and no sign of damage to bulb filament, inspected fuse for headlamp low beam circuit and found that 10 amp fuse was blown, replaced with new 10 amp fuse and now lights are operational. Horn: attempted to duplicate customer concern of no horn, and no horn operation. Attempted to remove fuse to inspect if fuse was blown, upon removal fuse came out in pieces, one prong of fuse melted to pins in fuse box. Recommend replacement of "Integrated Relay", picture is attached to inspection and work order. After instalation of integration relay the vehicle now has proper power, attempted to activate horn and horn in still inop. Tested horns and horns are functioning, tested steering pad switch and tested good, tested Sipral Cable (Clockspring) voltage is dropping internally cause the steering pad switch to not have enough voltage to activate horn circuit. Recommend replacement of Spiral Cable (Clockspring) due to internal fault causing voltage to drop out.
