- FOUND: Vehicle has code P0410, which indicates insufficient air flow from the Secondary Air Injection System to the exhaust ports of the cylinder heads. It appears that a previous technician has replaced the Air Pump Assembly, the switch over valve, and the air valves on both sides of the cylinder heads. They are all new and working properly. Airflow is not reaching the combustion chamber due to Carbon Buildup in exhaust ports/Air Port capillaries located within the heads. Vehicle timing chain is also making noise while in idle, and it is more noticeable during startup. Recommend engine repair and machine the heads to clean the ports, or engine assembly replacement.
